+- **[USACO](https://usaco.org/)** — USA Computing Olympiad. programming contest, monthly online rounds, leads to IOI team. the CS equivalent of AMC→AIME→USAMO.
+- **[Putnam Competition](https://www.maa.org/math-competitions/putnam-competition)** — college-level math, notoriously hard. good to know exists even if you're not there yet.
+- **[ARML](http://www.arml.com/)** — team math relay + power round. regional teams compete nationally.
+- **[Math Kangaroo](https://www.mathkangaroo.org/)** — international, various grade levels, more accessible than AMC.
+- **[Purple Comet Math Meet](https://purplecomet.org/)** — online, team-based, middle/high school.
+- **[Caribou Contests](https://cariboutests.com/)** — monthly online math, international.
+- **Mu Alpha Theta Mathematical Minutes Video Contest** — make a 2-5 min math video explaining a concept.
