1. Weak transcendence - integration (interpolation, extrapolation), being beyond the limits of current possibility

1. (extrapolation past every point which has been observed)
2. Strong transcendence - new axes entirely. From a higher element in the same category to a new category entirely.
   1. New categories cannot be compared, cannot be matched.
   2. Aizen, Ichigo.
   3. Qualitative difference, rather than quantitative.
      1. Mission to formalize ‘qualitative’ differences, making them quantitative
3. Being unknowable, unmeasurable, unseeable from the level below

5. Set theoretic - one set dominates another, in that it fully contains the other but also contains orders of magnitude more

Trans. On the other side of. Crossing the boundary. Above. Beyond. Outside. Crossing the bridge. Crossing the divide. Crossing the threshold. Changed.

Transcend function: Whatever the domain, use this to generate what transcendence in that domain can look like (in 5-6 different ways)
