a memory/context system — initially positioned as a personal memory layer for AI agents and humans. competitors identified: Hyperspell (context/memory for agents only), Supermemory, memory.store, pokee.ai.

evaluation from 10.16: "kinda slow to activate, lots of alternatives, would take some time to make a decent MVP." the space was already crowded. key components identified: organization (critical and lacking in competitors), privacy implementations, ease of use.
