Cornering social / worldview in the end of my day, leaving the body open for focus. 7. Distraction monitoring, cutting everything else of (no internet until 4) 8. Focus tracking, looking at its intensity every 30m interval 9. Sound off, using muffs to eliminate external distraction 10.
