Control frame - how do I get control over the situation? Over the structure in front of me? 1. What are the inputs and outputs to the system? 2. How do I modify the inputs to get the outputs that I want? 5. Responsibility for everything. In response to each problem, say, here are the things that I could have done that would have changed the outcome. 6. Frame that assumes that the outcome depends on your decision / action. 1. And it failed, because my voice was too fast, I didn’t let it resonate 2. And of course I couldn’t look her in the eyes. 7. I’m going to do x at time y 8.
