- What are the inputs and outputs to the system?
- How do I modify the inputs to get the outputs that I want?
- Responsibility for everything. In response to each problem, say, here are the things that I could have done that would have changed the outcome.
- Frame that assumes that the outcome depends on your decision / action.
- And it failed, because my voice was too fast, I didn’t let it resonate
- And of course I couldn’t look her in the eyes.
- I’m going to do x at time y
- I saw this option but didn’t do it because I knew that xyz.
- That call comes after we know whether we’re in condition 1 or condition 2.
- Here’s the plan.
- I’ve done it before, so I know I can do it again.
- Xyz, because I’m capable of climbing any hierarchy. It’s just a question of choosing the right one.
